Home made Buttermilk, as we all know is a thirst quencher, which is rich in vitamins and minerals.
Buttermilk has many health benefits, as it contains Probiotics, which keep our gut healthy.
Buttermilk also helps in irritable bowel syndrome.
Here in this floured buttermilk, I have added a few ingredients to make it so tasty. You can prepare this in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients and Preparation :
Buttermilk - 20o ml
Water - 50 ml
Salt - as needed
Asafoetida - 2 pinches
Fenugreek powder (vendhyam powder) - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds powder (Jeerkam powder) - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 pinch (optional)
Fresh coriander leaves
Put all the ingredients in a juicer jar or in a grinding jar of your mixer grinder (mixie). Just blend it for half a minute.
Transfer it to a serving glass and garnish with coriander leaves.
Tasty buttermilk is ready. It is the best thirst quencher during summer.
